Delivery & Returns

Once a medication has been scheduled for compounding or has been compounded, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.  If we have not yet scheduled that medication, we may at our discretion cancel the order upon request.

Once a medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is a defective product or we have dispensed incorrect products.  We accept medication returned for safe disposal.

Should a guarateed delivery service be selected, this does not mean that the medication will be compounded and / or dispensed immediately.  We will send the medication using the selected service as soon as is practicable.
