We’re moving – important update

Roseway Labs’ London Pharmacy is moving. From the 22 May, our new address will be: 40 Clifton St, London, EC2A 4DX. From 22nd May onwards, please send all paper prescriptions to the new address. We will monitor deliveries to the previous address for a short transition period. Everything continues as normal in the meantime, and all contact details remain the same.

Reporting medication issues & replacement policy

If you experience any issues with your medication, please contact the pharmacy as soon as possible after receiving it at info@rosewaylabs.com. To help review your case, the pharmacy requires: - patient name - photos/videos - order number - batch number - storage details - return of the medication within 14 days. Replacement medication is only free if a genuine fault is confirmed and the original product is returned within 14 days. If no fault is found, any replacement medication will require a new prescription and payment.

Deliveries & Returned Medication

To help avoid delays, returns, or failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, and you monitor your Royal Mail tracking updates closely. Please note that, under pharmacy regulations, once medication has been dispensed and has left the pharmacy, it cannot be reused, resold, or reissued if returned, as its storage and handling conditions can no longer be guaranteed. Any replacement medication will require a new prescription and payment.

Through the portal, you can easily log in to view past prescriptions, request prescription repeats, and reorder medications – all at your convenience, even when the clinic is closed. Using the portal helps reduce the need for calls to the office, making the experience smoother and more efficient for both you and your healthcare provider.
